What was known as a small apartment in a Buffalo, New York housing project, prove to be the training ground for what we call today 108 B Events Catering.  Under my grandmother’s tutelage, her wonderful aromas filling the neighborhood for 21 years, cooking became second nature to me.  My skills were honed and rehoned with the expertise of my grandmother.  After she retired, I decided to relocate to Atlanta in 1986 seeking employment with premier hotels and catering companies.  After several years, I decided to step out on my own and try to recreate the ambiance of good down home food with a gourmet twist along with my children Jerrid and Jordan Brewer we bring to you 108 B Events Catering.
